  God is Holy, and the only consumer of our worship or service is God. Not us. The purpose of worship is for God, God Alone. So the music and other tools are supposed to be holy that is theologically sound. I don’t have a problem with Christians singing love songs, no there’s nothing wrong with love songs. God is love there are books in the Bible dedicated for love but I didn’t say “lust” songs. In our modern world we Christians should be careful with songs we call love songs. Back to the narrative.  Tongues. So back in Presec Legon and later at the University, I realized something fascinating. When I was in Form1 and not really a Christian, I normally went to these places for prayers either alone or for congregational prayers. I observed what I may want to call “Rhythmic Prayers” or “Jama Tongues”.  You will find people in a circle with their hands around each other or in a circle clapping and saying some repetitive things. So there is a call and a response during such prayer meetings. So Yesterday I was having a Christian Fellowship discussion with some brothers in the Reformed faith and this thing popped up. Here are some observations From the various campus prayer meetings in Ghana: 1. There was a group in UCC called Agapao Ministries. There was this leader who will always say “Yagayaga” and the rest will respond “pao”. They could do this for hours! Was all “Yagayaga” and “pao”. 2. These are random thoughts I wrote when I was at Juaboso. These journeys have given me new perspective about live, Ghana and people.  Some are truths and some are not;    If you think you just need intelligence to succeed, then this belief will make your life difficult because success only comes to those who also know how to digest failures, criticism, standing alone, painful time, lonely nights, long hours, keep working even when there is  1% chance  of success, that is only achieved by one quality — Resilience. Companies expect 10 years of experience from you while hiring you (completely forget they gave ad for fresh graduate) but while giving you salary they perfectly remember that you are graduate. Stop  labeling  yourself without even trying things. Because, the thing you consider impossible, will only become possible, once you try it. This morning I woke up to a tweet mention from a good old friend about some slavery stuff, the whites were apologising and it was fascinating for me. I think I wrote something about how unimportant it is for us to focus on something which was abolished over 100 years ago but somehow we still dwell on that negative energy. Then something dawned on me.  Our colonial masters were even more diligent in opening up our infrastructure than we are as an independent nation as it is. They got it. They saw the potential of this land and opened it up the best way possible to maximize its potential at the time. Look at their legacy: how many extra kilometers of railway did we add? We still have Sir Gordon Guggisberg to thank for 2 premier institutions in Ghana. Let's not forget our top high schools are also missionary school. My younger brother and I have been discussing  this topic for a while now, I have been asking other brothers in faith too. My stand has always been "there's no such thing as Virtual Holy Communion" . I feel like writing; so I've been observing the 5G and Covid-19 discussions on social media platforms and I finally want to write my view. I have a lot of things to write but I hope this will be very short.  First. Please please please, do not be swayed by the legendary levels of 'stupidity' and ignorance portrayed by some idle-minded people who are parading themselves as paragon of information about the spread of covid-19 as being caused by 5G networks and something about vaccines and Bill Gates.
