According to me to keep our motivation alive we need to find a very very strong reason for what we are doing that particular work ( you can ask yourself that for what reason you are doing that work ) because it works forever while other aspects like watching videos,etc are maintained for shorter time period. And I too really follow this method whenever I want myself to be get motivated for any work which needs hardwork. Motivation is a need based subject. If you are poor, you want to help family and the near and dear, you motivate yourself to achieve. You work hard to make money and create a niche for yourself. If you are rich, you may take it is easy to enjoy life. You may not have that degree of motivation to achieve. A motivation to you could be an achievement and to me there...
